The new and completely custom made master chef’s kitchen was hand crafted to perfection.  Immense thought and planning went into it’s intelligent and more importantly functional design.  Every detail was intentional in creating comfort and ease including soft closing drawers, custom hardware, pot filler, multiple waste locations, slide out pantry drawers, the must have “junk drawer”, hidden oven mitt drawer and ample pantry and cutlery space.

The quartz countertop and backsplash was specifically hand picked to keep in with the classic contemporary luxurious look. The extra large island was designed and created to seat 7 people comfortably.  The high end stainless steel appliances not only complete the look but also feature internet connectivity and are bluetooth enabled.  Forgot to turn off your oven? No problem, log in and do it remotely.   Last but no least a top of the line wine chiller was added with two temperature zones adjustable to two optimal temperatures for your red or white wine preference.

The layout of this home is thoughtful and efficient with very little wasted space. Each room is cozy, has a purpose and is very adaptable to your family’s needs. The cozy front room is a perfect place to unwind but some may argue it would also make an incredible main floor office.  And not to worry about those looking for a formal dining room. There are several options to choose from that come complete with pre-wired lighting.

The upper floor could be considered one of the most efficient plans available with a nice landing area connecting all 4 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.  It can be a place to play, read or whatever your heart desires, all with natural light pouring in above you from the skylight.  The master bedroom is an idyllic place to escape after a long day. Just close the door behind you and have your own private quarters worthy of a magazine cover.  Plenty of room for dressers, makeup table and chairs, the room is not shy on space. The walk in closet is handy and neatly tucked away.  The master ensuite has quite the view of conservation forest. It is clean and modern and features a newly added tiled shower with glass doors. There is nothing like taking a nice hot shower or soaking in a bath in completely privacy gazing into the wilderness.

The finished basement is another favourite with ample storage and space.  The family room is sound proof perfect for movie nights and features a nice cozy gas fireplace. Down the hall is another bedroom/office complete with two closets.  The utility room is large and features a rough in for another bathroom if needed.
