SOLD! Rob Osburn and I want to give a Huge Shout out to Andrew and Dita Somerville for their amazing efforts in marketing our condo and getting it sold 20K over listing- price in a week. They not only gave us great advice in how to present our unit but also were readily available to any concern or question we had during the two month reno process (which I am sooo happy is over).
