The Market has a bit of a surprise for us all.  You might be thinking, just like I am, that the real estate market is dropping!  Well for the month of August, we saw a slight uptick in the average sale price!  What happened?

Supply and demand are still the driver of the market.  There just were not enough homes on the market compared to the buyers that still want to buy!  People also wanted to beat the next interest rate hike!
