It wasn’t too long ago where I was hyped by this project in Guelph.  The convergence of nature and modern living was compelling. Unfortunately the battle of money won out and this project has been replaced by a giant and in my opinion ugly STUDENT rental building. I feel the city of Guelph once again sold out and was manipulated into something this city doesn’t need, at least on this property.  You can read my former blog below and find out what I used to think…
