You may have noticed a few recent changes in our email signatures and other marketing materials. First, we are rebranding ourselves as DNA HOMES!
This change is super exciting for us and will evolve over time as we figure out our direction with the help of BNR Media Group. We look forward to some unique and fun marketing ideas, so stay tuned!!!
The next BIG change is that we decided to change our brokerage.
Why did we do that?
Well simply because we listened to the market and more importantly YOU as our clients and came to a few realizations.
Most brokerages try to show you their value by adding gadgets, new technology, brochures, programs, lead generation systems, agent training, cool website, staging, feature sheets, videos and fancy offices, (the list goes on). These luxuries are great but come at a high cost! Who pays for these extra costs? YOU do! So, in order to serve YOU better we decided to make this drastic move.
The trend in the business world is to be more mobile using some of the exact same technology as described above, making it easier to interact with people. Technologies such as digital signatures (DocuSign), Virtual Tours, 3D Floor Plans, email, Social Media, CRM’s, websites, FaceTime, and Skype. These are all great tools, and we use them all where appropriate, but we still very much enjoy face to face contact. We believe this old fashioned approach is part of our DNA…..get it?

Real Estate is about fostering relationships, not who has the best looking office, most agents or coolest website. By doing face to face business we also help the local economy by using local services more. It’s a win win all around.
