Do You Need a Home Buying Contract?
The quick answer is NO. You may have heard that you have to sign a “Buyer’s Agency” contract in order to be shown homes. This is not true, but is the best practice among Realtors®. They want to be sure that their time is not going to be wasted. Although we don’t follow this practice, I can certainly see the value of it, and have experienced and observed buyers seeing hundreds of homes with their Realtor® then using “cousin Ned” to do the deal.
DNA Homes base our business on trust and customer service and do not have you sign a contract in order for us to show you homes. We hope you like our service and will continue to work with us until we find the right home for you! We hope your home buying experience is comfortable and stress free.

Hi There,
I am looking to start investing in realestate in the Guelph area.
Looking to buy properties that will cover the mortgage and provide a monthly income.. Are there many options that would do this?
Andrew Somerville says
Hi Colin,
There are several properties in specific areas in the City of Guelph that will have a cash flow. The time to get the best deals is coming very soon. I can help you get a head start and direct you the best properties and make sure the property is filled with great tenants. I will email you more info. You will also need to be approved for the best interest rates and we can refer you to someone for this as well.

Hi – I currently own a condo in the Square One area of Mississauga and will be moving to Guelph over the summer as my daughter will be attending University. Once I sell my condo, I am very torn between buying again & renting. I would prefer to end up in a townhome either way.
Would the rent to own option be applicable in order to purchase a town home which would offer the opportunity to sub-let a space to another student as well as being a home for my daughter & myself?
I am a single mom so budget is all-important!
